LA CLINICA TEPEYAC INC

Tepeyac Community Health Center (La Clinica Tepeyac Inc) is a federally funded community health center in Denver that has provided affordable, integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy and related services since 1994. The organization emphasizes culturally responsive, patient-centered care and serves many Spanish-speaking and underserved patients and families across the Denver metro area. Tepeyac operates as a patient-centered medical home with wraparound services (including pediatrics, pregnancy and women’s health, student health, and pharmacy), offers sliding-fee and insurance enrollment assistance, and maintains a workforce and care model designed to reduce emergency visits and improve long-term health outcomes. Recent financial and program growth has expanded Tepeyac’s capacity to reach more patients and deepen clinical programs.
