About Front Range Community College Foundation for Educational Excellence
The FRCC Foundation (FRCC Foundation for Educational Excellence) is the college-affiliated 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization that supports Front Range Community College through scholarships, emergency student aid, program support and community partnerships.
In recent years the Foundation has increased student-facing support—publishing a 2024–2025 Impact Report and reporting that it distributed more than $1.9 million in scholarships in Fiscal Year 2025—while expanding targeted initiatives to reduce barriers to enrollment and completion.
The Foundation raises funds via annual giving, events and donor partnerships to sustain scholarship funds, emergency grants and workforce-aligned program support across FRCC’s campuses.

FRCC Promise Program announced
Announced the FRCC Promise Program—a last-dollar scholarship initiative targeted to first-generation, low-income students from partner high schools (launching in Fall 2025) accompanied by a matching gift challenge to seed the fund.
