Sapling Grove development
Led financing, construction and delivery of a multi-phase intergenerational affordable housing campus in Aurora (Phase I: 81 units) with an on-site community resource center and significant philanthropic and public funding support.
Nine Mile Station senior housing
Developed and opened a 50-unit senior rental community that preserved a formerly underutilized infill site and expanded affordable senior housing options in Aurora.
Property preservation portfolio
Successfully acquired, rehabilitated, and operated multiple income-restricted properties across South Metro Denver—preserving long-term affordability and resident stability.
