About BOULDER JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER

The Boulder Jewish Community Center (Boulder JCC) is a donor-facing, active 501(c)(3) community organization rooted in Jewish culture that operates a multi-program campus offering early childhood education, camps and after-school programs, arts and culture, farm and sustainability initiatives, fitness and wellness, and broad community engagement. The organization explicitly welcomes people of all identities while centering Jewish values and serves families, children, young adults, and the wider Boulder community. In recent years the Boulder JCC has continued to expand programmatic reach and community impact — running a preschool and early childhood center, a day camp, city-facing festivals and film programming, and a working campus farm that donates produce — and it publishes annual financial and impact reports and Form 990s to support donor transparency.

Notable achievements

Public campus grand opening (2016)

Completed and publicly opened its purpose-built campus in North Boulder in September 2016 after a multi-year capital campaign and land gifts, establishing a centralized facility for education, arts, farm programming, and community events.

2025 documented community impact

Recorded more than 40,000 visits to the JCC campus in 2025, hosted major community fundraising and celebration events (JFest), coordinated volunteer food programs, and donated thousands of pounds of produce from the Milk & Honey Farm to local distribution efforts.

Sustained early childhood and youth programming

Operates an accredited Early Childhood Center and Cherryvale Day Camp with ongoing enrollment, scholarships, and year-round child and teen programming that position the JCC as a regional provider of early learning and youth services.
