Colorado Pug Rescue is an all-volunteer, licensed 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the welfare and quality of life of homeless and surrendered pug dogs through rescue, medical care, rehabilitation, foster placement and adoption.

Colorado Pug Rescue (CPR) is a no‑kill, all‑volunteer nonprofit established by Denver‑area pug enthusiasts and operated under a volunteer board, a network of foster homes, and regional volunteers. CPR is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) and is licensed by the State of Colorado as an animal rescue organization.
CPR focuses on recovering pugs from private relinquishments, municipal shelters and other sources throughout Colorado and occasionally in surrounding states, providing medical and behavioral care as needed before placing dogs in permanent homes.
