DENVERWORKS

DENVERWORKS is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) workforce nonprofit that provides job preparation, placement services and life-skills training for unemployed and low-income individuals. The organization partners with employers and workforce systems to connect participants to employer-ready opportunities and vocational pathways. In fiscal year 2023 Denverworks reported approximately $4.9 million in revenue and delivered more than $5.7 million in program services; the organization also recorded grant support in 2023–2024 from philanthropic partners. DenverWorks operates direct-service programs such as career coaching, a career-clothing closet, employer referral networks and work crews that provide on-the-job training and placement support. The organization participates in local workforce planning and collaborates with public workforce boards and community partners to place jobseekers and run targeted training initiatives for people facing barriers to employment.
