About Adelante Mujer, Inc.
Adelante Mujer, Inc. is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that grew from a Latina leadership movement dating to the late 1970s and incorporated to sustain that work in 1998. The organization focuses on creating leadership, academic and professional pathways for Latinas through experiential programs, conferences and scholarships.
In the last 2–3 years Adelante Mujer has run its signature LaTEENa youth leadership programming (including a multi-night residential Summer Leadership Program) and continued community-facing events and fundraisers that support scholarships, workshops, and leadership development for Latina youth across Colorado.
