About Inside Out Youth Services
Inside Out Youth Services is a Colorado Springs–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving LGBTQIA2+ young people, primarily ages 13–24, with drop-in support, clinical services, education, and leadership programming.
IOYS operates a community center and outreach programs that combine peer support, case management, wellness resources, and trainings for families, schools, and community partners to improve safety, resilience, and long-term outcomes for youth.
In 2024 the organization expanded into a larger facility, increased program attendance, and published an impact report documenting outcomes and strategic priorities for 2025–2028.
