Denver VOICE publishes a monthly street newspaper and digital content while operating a vendor program that offers low-barrier, flexible income opportunities to people experiencing homelessness or financial instability.
Since its relaunch in 2007 the vendor program has supported thousands of people; the organization experienced a major financial shortfall that led to a temporary suspension of operations announced on Sept 24, 2024, and returned to regular digital publishing and community programming by mid‑2025. Current programming includes editorial production, vendor orientation and sales, resource referrals, and periodic public events and galleries.

Since the 2007 relaunch the organization reports thousands of people served through its vendor program (site statements note more than 4,700 people have found financial stability through the program).
