To develop the next generation of Black leaders by providing scholarships, one‑on‑one mentorship, paid internships and professional development so Denver‑area Black males can graduate, launch careers and lead in their communities. The Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (tax‑exempt since 1998).
About Delta Eta Boulé Foundation
Delta Eta Boulé Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Delta Eta Boulé (the Denver chapter of Sigma Pi Phi) and was organized as a 501(c)(3) in 1998 to support educational and leadership outcomes for Black young men in the Denver metro area.
The Foundation runs a multi‑pillar leadership development program that combines four‑year renewable scholarships, sustained mentorship from Boulé members, paid internship placements and a professional development institute to improve college completion and early‑career success.
Since inception the Foundation has awarded scholarships to well over 180 Denver‑area students (cumulative scholarship support approaching $1.5M) and reports high program outcomes, including a four‑year college completion rate substantially above local averages for comparable populations.
