About Colfax Community Network, Inc.
Colfax Community Network (CCN) is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1999 that provides outreach, case management and youth programming for families living in transient and low-income housing along Colfax Avenue in the Aurora/Denver corridor.
CCN operates drop-in and walk-in services, motel outreach, an after-school program for elementary-aged children, parent-child education, and basic needs distribution (food and hygiene), and partners with local behavioral health and social service providers to connect families to housing, benefits and education resources.
In recent years CCN has expanded partnerships and funding, maintained active outreach to motel communities, and reported increased annual revenues and program support reflected in its most recent public filings and grant awards.
