About Mercy Community Capital

Mercy Community Capital (MCC) is a 501(c)(3) Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and a subsidiary of Mercy Housing that provides below-market loans, technical assistance, and financing solutions to developers and organizations building affordable housing and community infrastructure. MCC underwrites and originates predevelopment, acquisition, construction, and bridge loans to preserve and create long-term affordable housing for low-income households, seniors, veterans, people exiting homelessness, and people with disabilities.
