About Eagle Economic Vitality Foundation
The Eagle Economic Vitality Foundation (EEVF) was founded in 2019 as the nonprofit foundation arm of the Eagle Chamber of Commerce to strengthen local economic resilience through workforce training, scholarships and community grant activities.
EEVF operates workforce initiatives (including a Spanish-language computer-literacy/workforce program), maintains the Screaming Eagle Scholarship Fund, and raises funds through annual community events to support students and small businesses in Eagle County.
The foundation partners closely with the Eagle Chamber of Commerce and local government and files annual IRS returns (Form 990), operating as the charitable vehicle for education, training and business-support activities in the Eagle River Valley.
