About HOPE HOUSE NORTHERN COLORADO

Hope House Northern Colorado is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Greeley that provides free self-sufficiency programming and a community resource center for parenting teen mothers and their children. Services are delivered using a menu-style approach so participants choose the classes and supports that best fit their goals.

Established in 2020 and operating as an affiliate of the wider Hope House Colorado network, the organization runs parenting classes, educational support, individual counseling and relationship/financial literacy programming while building partnerships across Northern Colorado to expand access to childcare, diapers, mentoring and other supports.

Notable achievements

Established Resource Center (2021)

Opened a dedicated Resource Center and launched regular programming and social activities for parenting teen moms, formalizing local service delivery in Northern Colorado.

Secured grant support (2024–2025)

Obtained grant funding and operating support from local funders to sustain and expand programs in recent years, strengthening organizational capacity and program delivery.

Leadership expansion (2025)

Expanded leadership capacity with a new Executive Director and continued organizational growth to meet increased local demand for teen-parent services.
