We Fortify is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds programmed, trauma-informed villages and supportive services to elevate young adults out of poverty and to create dignified, affordable housing for public service professionals.
About We Fortify
We Fortify is a Colorado-based non-profit land-development and human-services organization that combines dignified housing, supportive peer communities, individualized services, and career placement to help residents attain economic and emotional stability.
The organization operates two complementary divisions: mission-focused Elevate Villages for vulnerable, transition-age individuals and revenue-generating Noble Villages that provide affordable housing for public service professionals to help sustain programmatic work.
We Fortify has been tax-exempt since 2019 and in recent years has developed its first mission village, expanded partnerships with local school districts and community partners, and run recurring fundraising and community engagement events.
Notable achievements
Launched Working Fusion village
Opened We Fortify’s first mission village (Working Fusion at Mill Street) that provides tiny-home style supportive housing and programming for vulnerable young adults, establishing the organization’s village model in practice.
Partnerships with local school district
Collaborated with Harrison School District 2 and local partners to plan Noble Villages for educators and a young-adult community on school sites, expanding the model to support workforce housing and cross-sector impact.
Growth of community fundraising & events
Scaled recurring fundraising and engagement efforts (benefit luncheons, tournaments, annual gala) to support program growth and deepen community donor and corporate partnerships.
