About Operation Progress Fort Worth

Operation Progress Fort Worth (OPFW) is a donor-facing 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Fort Worth, TX that adapts the Operation Progress model to serve youth in the Como neighborhood through long-term mentoring, academic supports, and community partnerships. The program pairs scholars with mentors and leverages an institutional partnership with the Fort Worth Police Department to build positive police-community relationships while delivering wraparound services and life-skills programming.
