About Lifeblood Health Foundation
Lifeblood Health Foundation is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on education, coaching, and behavior-change interventions for people living with chronic kidney disease and related chronic conditions. The organization develops an online personal health education platform and partners with healthcare systems and community organizations to expand access to prevention and self-management resources.
