MOORE IMPACT INC

Moore Impact Inc is the 501(c)(3) exempt arm of Moore Philanthropy, founded to provide a tax-exempt vehicle for donor collaboratives, giving circles, advocacy initiatives, and urgent response funds. The organization is based in Denver, Colorado and was established to offer fiscal sponsorship, donor-advised funds, and philanthropic advisory services that strengthen community-rooted changemakers. In recent years Moore Impact has rapidly scaled its grantmaking and fiscal sponsorship work, reporting substantial grant disbursements to Black-, Brown-, and Native-led organizations and emphasizing support for often-neglected regions in the western, midwestern, and southern United States. The organization identifies as Black-owned and women-led and positions itself as both a funder and a philanthropic advisor focused on equity-centered, trust-based practices. Moore Impact operates alongside Moore Philanthropy’s advisory services, providing operational infrastructure that enables donors and collaboratives to move funding quickly to grassroots organizations while offering oversight, compliance, and grant management services.
