About Colorado Ballet
Founded in 1961 and based in Denver, Colorado Ballet is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit presenting world-class classical and contemporary ballet through a professional Company, a Studio Company, the Raydean Acevedo Colorado Ballet Academy, and an Education & Community Engagement department.
The organization houses its operations in the Armstrong Center for Dance (a multi-studio rehearsal and training facility), performs primarily at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, and serves thousands annually through performances, training, school residencies, and outreach programming.
