About AVODAH FARMS

Avodah Farms (doing business as The Avodah Collective) is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Englewood that operates a survivor restoration campus providing residential and community‑based services for women survivors of sex trafficking and their children. The organization delivers trauma‑informed, faith‑based care (including therapeutic services, case management, life skills programming, horticultural and animal‑assisted activities) and works through partnerships and a “sister model” of care with Catholic religious sisters and other service providers to support healing and reintegration. Since receiving federal tax‑exempt recognition in 2024, Avodah Farms has expanded campus programming, pursued state behavioral‑health licensing to create reimbursable clinical capacity, and reported significant revenue increases that have funded program growth and partnerships.

Notable achievements

Development of a residential survivor campus

Built and scaled a 4‑acre Avodah campus offering emergency (short‑term) and long‑term residential programs designed to stabilize and support survivors through clinical therapy, case management, life‑skills training, and community supports.

Behavioral health licensing initiative

Advanced a licensing strategy to operate the campus as a state‑recognized behavioral‑health provider (aiming to be among the first safe homes licensed to receive reimbursement), intended to increase clinical capacity and program sustainability.

Fiscal growth in FY2024

Reported a substantial increase in revenue for the fiscal year ending December 2024 (approximately $3.0M), enabling expanded services, staffing, and partnership development.
