About THE OUTLOOK AT WINDHAVEN FOREFRONT LIVING

The Outlook at Windhaven Forefront Living is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) developed and operated by the Forefront Living family. Located in West Plano (principal filing address listed in Dallas, TX), the community offers independent living apartments and cottages, assisted living apartments, and memory support suites. The organization was formed to develop, own, and operate a full-service senior living campus that combines residential services with on-site healthcare and supportive programming. The Outlook opened to residents in 2024 and is an affiliated project of Forefront Living, a long-established Dallas-area nonprofit senior living and hospice provider. Since 2023–2024 the community completed construction and moved first residents in; within its first year it reached high occupancy and established operational programs for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents, reflecting a rapid move from development to active resident services.
