About PARADIGMONE INC A COLORADO NON-PROFIT CORPORATION

ParadigmONE is a Denver–Aurora metro nonprofit that provides peer-based recovery support, reentry services, housing navigation and related community programs for people affected by substance use, mental health challenges, homelessness and involvement with the criminal justice system. Since receiving tax-exempt status in 2020 and formal formation in 2021, ParadigmONE has expanded services and facilities in Aurora (operating d/b/a Hazelbrook Community Center / The REAL Center) and has pursued housing partnerships to increase stable, recovery-oriented housing in the region. In recent years the organization has grown its contributed revenue and staffing to scale program delivery across the Denver–Aurora area while maintaining a peer-centered, recovery-first model focused on connection, case navigation and life-skills supports.

Notable achievements

Program and fiscal growth to multi‑million budget

Contributed revenue and overall budget expanded rapidly after 2021, with reported annual revenue reaching approximately $3.4 million in the 2024 fiscal year and remaining above $2.7 million in 2025, enabling program scaling and staff growth.

Established Hazelbrook Community Center / The REAL Center programming

Built out a community recovery hub model (operating as Hazelbrook Community Center / The REAL Center) delivering peer recovery coaching, life-skills classes, recovery events and on-site navigation for housing, employment and reentry resources.

Engaged in affordable housing sponsorship and development efforts

Served as a sponsor/partner on local affordable housing proposals (Hazelbrook HUB / ParadigmONE HUB Apartments) to increase recovery‑oriented and transit‑oriented housing capacity in Aurora.
