The Christian McCaffrey Foundation serves as a catalyst for the community and country by supporting those who sacrifice daily for the benefit of many, with a focus on military personnel, veterans, frontline workers and children facing long-term medical treatment.
About Christian McCaffrey Foundation
The Christian McCaffrey Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (tax-exempt since May 2021) that was established to "show up where the need is greatest" and support service members, veterans, frontline medical workers, military families and hospitalized children.
The foundation operates national programs including The Logan Project (providing gaming consoles to children’s hospitals) and 23 and Troops (formerly 22 and Troops, focused on active-duty military, veterans and PTSD support), and runs fundraising/awareness initiatives such as the Logan Bowl and seasonal campaigns tied to the NFL calendar.
In recent years the foundation expanded The Logan Project (a July 2022 launch that has continued through 2023–2025), announced the 2025 'Run It Forward' expansion campaign (Oct 10, 2025) to place consoles in additional cities, and partnered with children’s hospitals and NFL campaigns (including the 2024 My Cause My Cleats effort) to raise funds and visibility.
Notable achievements
Gaming consoles placed in hospitals
As of October 2025 the foundation reported placing dozens of consoles nationally—reaching 77 gaming consoles across 17 U.S. children’s hospitals through The Logan Project and related partnerships.
Funds raised for frontline workers
The foundation has raised more than $265,000 (campaigns focused on Denver and the Carolinas and other initiatives) to support frontline medical workers and related relief efforts.
Direct family relief
Completed targeted assistance programs such as paying off layaways for military families (reported support for 363 families) and other one-off relief efforts for communities in need.
