About CONTEXTURE

Contexture is a nonprofit regional health information organization (HIO) and statewide health information exchange (HIE) that provides strategic, technical, and administrative support to communities, healthcare organizations, and public health partners to advance health through secure information sharing. Formed through a consolidation of regional HIE efforts and operating across Colorado and Arizona, Contexture delivers data exchange services, analytics, technical assistance, and convening activities that enable care coordination, public health reporting, and value-based care initiatives. In recent reporting (fiscal year ending December 2024) the organization reported multimillion-dollar operating scale and continued growth in membership and services to healthcare organizations across its states of operation.
