MAGNOLIA GLOBAL ACADEMY FOR LEADERS-MGAL (dba Magnolia Project)

Magnolia Global Academy for Leaders (dba Magnolia Project) is an active 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Santa Rosa, CA that runs career exploration and apprenticeship programs linking schools with local employers to give students hands-on workplace experience. Founded in 2022, the organization operates across Northern California and partners with school districts and dozens of community employers to deliver experiential learning for grades 7–12. Since launch, Magnolia Project has scaled program delivery and collected impact data from the 2024–2025 school year demonstrating increased student engagement, confidence, and feelings of preparedness for post‑high school pathways. The organization is led by Founder and Executive Director Gianna (Gia) Biaggi and maintains public nonprofit filings and an active web presence for donors and partners.
