About WOODALL RODGERS PARK FOUNDATION

Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation (EIN 87-0741150) is the private nonprofit that operates and manages Klyde Warren Park, a 5.4-acre deck park in downtown Dallas that is owned by the City of Dallas. The Foundation runs daily, free public programming—fitness, music, family and children’s activities, cultural events and festivals—and relies on donor support and sponsorships to keep the park clean, safe, and active for visitors. In recent years the Foundation has continued large-scale stewardship and programming (more than 1,300 programs annually) while participating in planning and fundraising for a multi-phase deck plaza expansion in partnership with the City of Dallas and TxDOT. The Foundation positions the Park as a civic town square that provides recreation, cultural activation, environmental benefits and economic activity for the region.
