To engage parents in support of the Headmaster, faculty, and administration in carrying out the mission of St. Johns Classical Academy — an open-enrollment, tuition-free public charter school — by coordinating volunteer efforts, fundraising, and community partnerships.

About LIONS COUNCIL

LIONS COUNCIL is a parent stewardship 501(c)(3) organization formed to support St. Johns Classical Academy’s Fleming Island campus. It organizes volunteers, fundraising and community partnership programs to supply enrichment, teacher support, and campus needs that complement the school’s instructional mission.

Since incorporation in 2021 the Council has run recurring programs and events (teacher appreciation, holiday shop, spirit nights, room coordinator program, fine arts and athletic support, and fundraising events) and files annual Form 990s. In recent fiscal years the organization has reported active program spending and event-driven fundraising to directly support academy programming and campus initiatives.
