About PABNEEG
PABNEEG (People's Advisory Board for New Educational and Economic Goodwill) is a Hmong-founded 501(c)(3) headquartered in the Northglenn/Thornton, Colorado area that focuses on community education, culturally competent support, and economic and educational development for low-to-no-income Hmong, AAPI and BIPOC populations.
Since receiving tax-exempt status in 2022 the organization has delivered community workshops and programs addressing hate-crime response, mental health equity for Hmong women, language access, and culturally appropriate victim support, and has partnered with local and statewide groups on memorial, crisis-response, and outreach initiatives.

Granted tax-exempt status and established as a public charity, enabling formal fundraising and grant opportunities to expand community programs.
Colorado Health Foundation award
Received a significant grant to support the Hmong Women Lead mental health equity project (award period beginning October 1, 2023), enabling workshops, supports, and statewide outreach focused on Hmong women.
