The organization operates a national K–12 Education Outreach program that delivers school assemblies and community events with first responders and highway workers demonstrating real-world roadside rescue scenarios. Notable achievements
K–12 Education Outreach expansion

Grant-supported pilot programs
Secured targeted grants to fund program launches and expansion (including foundation and road-safety foundation support for island and out-of-state pilots), enabling curriculum delivery, volunteer coordination, and outreach materials.
Program reach and scaling
Within the last 2–3 years Flagman reported reaching thousands of K–12 students through a combination of pilot programs and statewide rollouts, establishing partnerships with local police, EMS, highway workers and school systems to scale the curriculum.
