About Routt County Economic Development Partnership
RCEDP is a public‑private, community‑driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit economic development organization serving Routt County (the Yampa Valley). It focuses on industry diversification, quality job creation, and preserving local quality of life while supporting long‑term economic sustainability.
RCEDP operates the Yampa Valley Entrepreneurship Center, runs the High Country Accelerator incubator, provides business retention and expansion services, and partners with local, regional, and state agencies to deliver workforce, financing, and relocation supports.

501(c)(3) designation (2022)
Received IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in September 2022, establishing RCEDP as the county’s community‑driven economic development nonprofit.
Acquired YV Entrepreneurship Center (2022)
Assumed stewardship of the long‑running Yampa Valley Entrepreneurship Center from Colorado Mountain College in November 2022, preserving and expanding local startup supports.
REDI grant award (2024)
Awarded a $140,900 Colorado Department of Local Affairs REDI grant (September 2024) to support the High Country Accelerator, mentorship networks and entrepreneur resources, with program targets that include new business formation and job creation.
