About AURORA PPG, INC.
Aurora PPG, Inc. is a U.S. tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on introducing and supporting women and girls in powered paragliding through training, scholarships, outreach, and community-building.
Since launching public programs, Aurora PPG has run community fly-ins (including events in 2023 and 2024) and operates a training scholarship program prioritizing applicants using flight training to support post‑traumatic growth; the organization is actively re-evaluating program delivery for 2025 and beyond.

Inaugural Fly‑In (2023)
Hosted the organization's first public fly‑in in 2023 to gather and showcase female paramotor pilots and build community.
Second Annual Fly‑In (2024)
Ran a larger second annual Fly‑In in 2024 with sponsors and participant photo coverage, reinforcing community growth and visibility for women in PPG.
Launched Scholarship Program
Established a training scholarship program to reduce financial barriers for women pursuing powered paragliding training, with an application process and seasonal review cycle.
