About Recruiting Classroom Inc
Recruiting Classroom is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) charitable organization (organized as a private foundation) that supports youth participation in sports through grants to schools and teams, scholarships, equipment drives, and athlete education programs.
Since receiving tax-exempt status in 2022 the organization has focused on two complementary streams of work: (1) funding and operating direct program support (equipment, fees, camps) for children in financial need and with disabilities; and (2) offering college-athlete recruiting education and related academic support so high-school athletes can navigate recruitment equitably.
In the last 2–3 years Recruiting Classroom has awarded grants to local teams and community programs, partnered on adaptive/inclusive sports day camps, run fundraising events (a community 5K), and subsidized access to online recruiting platforms and test-prep/tutoring for low-income student-athletes.

Major private grant award
Received significant foundation support (including a six-figure grant round in 2023) that materially expanded grantmaking and program activity.
Inclusive 'No Limits' sports camp partnership
Partnered with university athletics department programming to support inclusive sports day camps serving over 100 children with special needs.
Local grantmaking to teams and charities
Made multiple community grants (examples include support for local high-school booster groups and youth organizations) to directly fund participation and equipment.
