Minnesota Spay & Neuter Assistance Program (MN SNAP) is a Minneapolis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates Minnesota’s only year‑round mobile spay/neuter surgical clinic. The organization provides low-cost, high-quality spay and neuter surgeries, core vaccinations, and pre-surgical exams for owned pets, community (feral) cats, and animals from rescues and shelters. Founded in 2010, MN SNAP partners with communities, rescues, and local programs to increase access to veterinary care across the state and to reduce pet overpopulation. In recent years the organization has expanded statewide services, maintained a sustained mobile-clinic schedule, and run income-qualified assistance programs and community cat (TNR) services to reach underserved pet owners and shelters.
