PROJECT SAVIOR OUTDOORS
Our mission is to fight veteran suicide through the outdoors and sharing the true freedom that comes through Jesus Christ!
About PROJECT SAVIOR OUTDOORS
Project Savior Outdoors is a Jacksonville, Florida–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses guided outdoor experiences (hunting, fishing, retreats and related activities) and faith-based community to support veterans struggling with PTSD, addiction, and suicidal ideation. The organization runs nominated veteran experiences, local and online Bible studies, devotionals and links veterans to counseling resources; it explicitly frames its programming around building community, restoring purpose, and sharing Christian faith. Since incorporation in early 2023 the organization has expanded its activities regionally and been active in disaster relief and veteran-focused outreach events.
Notable achievements

Hurricane Helene relief deployment (Oct 2024)
Led a rapid relief effort supplying chainsaws, accessories and fuel to affected Appalachian communities—raising over $20,000 and assembling roughly 50 new chainsaws plus nearly 100 gallons of premixed fuel to support debris-clearing and recovery operations.
Rapid financial growth and program scale-up
Reported substantial revenue growth between 2023 and 2024 as contributions increased, enabling expansion of veteran hunts, fishing charters, retreats and resource programs that support veterans’ mental-health and community reintegration.
