Arboretum Coffee is a Fort Collins, Colorado based nonprofit craft coffee shop and social enterprise founded by Hannah Norris that combines a retail café with a paid, year-long apprenticeship for refugees and immigrants.
The organization originated in 2016 and was formally established as a 501(c)(3) (IRS ruling year 2023). The café storefront opened to the public in January 2024 and operates as both a training site and community hub.
