About HIGH AMBITION CLIMATE COLLECTIVE

High Ambition Climate Collective (HACC) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) California nonprofit corporation founded in 2023 and based in San Francisco. The organization operates as a research, education, and capacity‑building hub focused on accelerating high‑ambition climate action across the energy, maritime, and infrastructure sectors. HACC develops convenings, policy guidance, stakeholder engagement services, and a project database to connect policymakers, industry partners, and frontline community leaders. In its first years HACC has focused on building networks and pilot convenings (notably on decarbonizing ports and maritime infrastructure) while establishing grant-funded programming and foundational organizational systems. The organization positions itself as a facilitator between progressive industry partners, foundations, and public institutions to translate technical solutions into policy and funding-ready projects that advance decarbonization and equitable climate outcomes.
