Potrero Hill Neighborhood House (The Nabe) is a century-old 501(c)(3) community center and service provider located at 953 De Haro Street in San Francisco. It operates multi-generational programming including youth development, community advocacy, food security, and mental-health support with a focus on underserved residents in Potrero Hill and southeast San Francisco. Received city program support for transitional-age-youth (TAY) outreach and services in Potrero Terrace and Annex areas, enabling targeted community outreach, engagement, and service-connection work for local youth and families.
