About SEXUAL MEDICINE SOCIETY OF NORTH AMERICA
The Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA) is a professional, membership-based 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota that advances research, education, and clinical standards in sexual medicine. SMSNA provides clinician education, fellowship and training programs, grants and research support, patient-facing resources, and an annual scientific program that convenes specialists across urology, medicine, and allied health. In the last several years SMSNA has continued to expand its education offerings (webinars, video series, fellowship support and a Bootcamp program launched for trainees), maintain an active grants program that funds research and training, and publish clinical guidance and multimedia resources for both clinicians and patients. The organization operates an active meetings calendar and resources (including patient education and provider registries) and remains an established convening body for sexual health professionals.
