About CLIMB TOGETHER

Climb Together is a San Francisco–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-5113452) launched in 2024 to help education and workforce organizations implement social-capital strategies that increase referrals, connections, and job outcomes for learners. The organization builds on earlier work (Climb Hire) and combines curriculum, alumni-engagement design, and an AI practice tool (Goldi) to teach conversational skills, brokering access, and how to ask for referrals.

Since its formal launch, Climb Together has partnered with community colleges, four‑year programs, and workforce providers (including multiple community colleges, ASU-affiliated programs, MeritAmerica, WGU and others) and has secured philanthropic and grant support from national funders to scale its curriculum and product work. The profile and EIN were validated against the organization’s public filings and multiple nonprofit registries; Climb Together is registered to operate and solicit in California and maintains an active public web presence and donor-facing materials.

Notable achievements

Launched and scaled social-capital curriculum

Designed and deployed a modular social-capital curriculum for education-to-career programs that teaches communication essentials, brokering access, and how to make effective referral asks; curriculum has been implemented with community colleges, universities, and workforce partners since the organization’s 2024 launch.

Built Goldi — an AI practice tool

Developed Goldi, a proprietary AI-driven conversational practice bot that lets learners rehearse real networking conversations and build confidence before engaging alumni and professionals.

Secured institutional and philanthropic partners

Established partnerships and funding relationships with national and institutional funders and implementation partners (including major philanthropic supporters and multiple community-college and workforce organizations) to expand delivery and institutional adoption.
