About Denver Park Trust
The Denver Park Trust (founded 2019) serves as the philanthropic partner for Denver Parks & Recreation, working with community leaders and residents to add new parks, enhance existing green spaces, and promote stewardship and resiliency across Denver.
In recent years the Trust has focused on land acquisition and small-scale, high-impact projects in historically underserved neighborhoods, mobilized volunteers for park cleanups and native landscape restoration, administered the city’s Commemorative Bench Program, and maintained a Park Fund to leverage private dollars for park creation.
