About HighView

Talented students can reach college and still lack the professional networks, career exposure, work experience, and informal knowledge that more affluent peers often inherit. HighView closes that access gap through an end-to-end high school-to-college-to-career model that helps students build the skills, confidence, relationships, and real-world experience required to compete for high-opportunity careers.

Our two connected programs build those advantages over time. The High School Student Accelerator combines sustained corporate immersion, professional mentorship, career exploration, skill-building, and college and scholarship advising, giving students repeated experience inside leading workplaces before they ever apply for an internship or job.

The College-to-Career Accelerator then supports students through college with career coaching, AI and durable-skills development, professional networks, job shadows, projects, internships, and direct pathways to strong first jobs.

In 2025–26, 100% of HighView seniors graduated high school on time for the sixth consecutive year, and 100% were accepted to four-year universities. HighView has maintained 95% college persistence since inception, and recent graduates entering the workforce have earned an average starting salary of $73,000 in fields including technology, accounting, marketing, and construction management.
