About Spirit of Fun Foundation
Spirit of Fun Foundation is a charitable fund operating under fiscal sponsorship of Legacy Global Programs (EIN 20-8099462), a 501(c)(3) public foundation, in partnership with LOHAS Advisors. Contributions are made to Legacy Global Programs and directed to the Spirit of Fun Foundation fund.
Our founding initiative is Knotty or Nice, created in partnership with TOH Entertainment, Inc., the Manitoba-based production company that holds the patented distribution model behind the series. Knotty or Nice is a live-action digital advent calendar of 24 original holiday short films, delivered one per day each December in a unique order for every household. Community groups, including sports associations, school teams, parent councils, and charities, sell it to their supporters at no cost and no risk, and they earn a commission on every sale, year after year.
Our goal is to return US$100 million to community organizations across North America over five years, creating a recurring December fundraiser that families genuinely look forward to.
The fund's advisor, Terri Hitchcock, is also the founder of TOH Entertainment.
