HighView Growth & Impact Fund

HighView is at a pivotal stage of growth. After six years of exceptional high school and college outcomes, we are building a more complete high school-to-college-to-career model designed around a simple reality: getting into college is not enough. Talented students also need professional networks, workplace experience, career exposure, durable skills, and direct pathways to employers if their education is going to translate into long-term economic mobility.

Flexible operating support funds the infrastructure behind that work: exceptional staff, individualized student coaching, employer and volunteer partnerships, curriculum, work-based learning coordination, data and outcome tracking, and the systems required to scale without sacrificing quality. In 2025–26, 100% of HighView seniors graduated on time for the sixth consecutive year, while HighView has maintained 95% college persistence and recent graduates entering the workforce have earned an average starting salary of $73,000. The Growth & Impact Fund allows HighView to build on that track record while strengthening the career outcomes that ultimately matter most.

The 2026–27 academic year represents an important inflection point for HighView. We are deepening our work with college students by launching the the College-to-Career Accelerator while continuing the high school foundation that allows students to begin building professional skills, confidence, and social capital years before they compete for internships and jobs.

As more HighView students move through college and into the workforce, the organization must build the capacity to match that progression: deeper employer partnerships, more work-based learning opportunities, stronger career coaching, better longitudinal data, and the staff infrastructure required to execute all of it well. The opportunity is to build that capacity ahead of scale, not after it. Flexible capital now allows HighView to grow deliberately while protecting the quality and outcomes that have defined our first six years.

This campaign moves HighView from a strong set of programs to an increasingly scalable, end-to-end talent development model.

High school students will continue gaining sustained access to professional environments, mentors, career exploration, college advising, and skill-building. College students will receive a more structured four-year runway combining durable skills and AI fluency, social capital, career coaching, job shadows, employer projects, internships, and full-time placement support.

Behind the scenes, HighView will have the staffing, employer relationships, data infrastructure, and operating capacity required to deliver those experiences consistently and measure whether they ultimately lead to strong first jobs. The result is a model capable of helping substantially more talented Colorado students translate educational achievement into economic opportunity.

During the 2026–27 academic year, HighView expects to serve 140 students across its high school-to-career pathway. Our core program targets include maintaining 100% on-time high school graduation and at least 95% college persistence; ensuring at least 90% of college students complete career-aligned work experience before senior year; and placing at least 90% of graduating college seniors into high-opportunity careers or graduate programs within six months of graduation.

HighView will also continue expanding employer engagement and track student participation, college persistence and completion, work-based learning, internships, job placement, role and employer, starting compensation, professional confidence, and volunteer engagement. In 2025–26 alone, 360+ professionals contributed 2,432.5 volunteer hours, demonstrating how HighView uses operating capital to activate a much larger network of professional expertise on behalf of students.

Major donors are recognized as visible partners in HighView’s growth. Gifts of $25,000+ receive recognition on HighView’s website and across organizational decks and one-sheets. Gifts of $50,000+ also receive recognition at HighView fundraising events, while gifts of $100,000+ receive additional recognition on general event signage at corporate partner offices and across HighView student events.
